Accounting systems must support the growth and financial control needs of the company. Evaluating the business requirements is the first step in selecting a new system or adding modules to an existing system. The next step is developing an installation plan that maintains control and processes transactions during conversion. The chart of accounts and financial statements are set up based upon reporting and management requirements. Procedures for daily operation, audit and closing are established. New users are trained and existing records are converted to the new system. Other services include serving as an interim controller, importing/exporting financial data and developing complex budgeting models.

Sandon Associates has been a consulting partner of Great Plains (now Microsoft Business Solutions) since 1988.  We hold designations for Certified Professional - MBS Great Plains Financials, FRx, Report Writer and Modifier with VBA.  We support  all versions of MBS Great Plains including GP Standard, GP Edition, Dynamics, eEnterprise and  Small Business Manager. In addition, we provide services for reporting, customization and integration using the Integration Manager, VBA customizations, ReportWriter,  Excel integration and FRx.
